1. Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 48 hours
  • Unboxing video mandatory

3. Return Approval

Returned items are inspected before approval.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3 working days after approval and credited within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable

Shipping charges, handling fees, GST, and discounted items are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable

  • Used or opened products
  • Late requests
  • Items without original packaging
